About me

I'm a software engineer with a practical background and a deep interest in the possibility of the Web.I have alternated between a full-stack and front-end focus, always working with the server in any case.On the frontend I have worked mainly with React, but I from my beginnings I have always kept up a particularly strong focus on the platform: HTML and CSS come first and the JS and framework add to it.

Work experience

  • I'm a Lead Engineer for Klarna since 2025 and work on high-impact customer-facing services and flows, designing solutions and co-leading, on the engineering side, a team of 6.

  • I'm grew into being a Staff frontend engineer at Subito.it since 2024 after having been at Subito.it and in Milan since 2019.

  • I was a software engineer for BBC Education in Glasgow, on the front end of Bitesize

  • I worked previously as a full-stack developer in C♯, always having a strength on the frontend.

  • My formative experience was as an apprentice, a path I chose at 19 to enter the software industry. I started with jQuery and Node.js 0.14

I am a native English speaker and a fluent and daily Italian speaker, certified to C1.

Hobbies

Since childhood I have always been an avid reader and make progress both in English and Italian—mainly novels, but I make an effort to learn Italian history—to become more culturally and historically aware.I have learned enough to be able to see how events in the modern day are still shaped by certain parts of the 19th century, for example.
